Matrix organization questions

 You mentioned one of the weaknesses of a matrix organization is "it is still hierarchical and still maintains most of the problems associated with a functional organization." If this is the case what are those problems and how might they be overcome so the project can be more efficiently successful?

 You mentioned how the "draw" of the business model is faster actions in a changing market. First, is this a strength? Second how so? When someone is reporting to two people how can there be a fast reaction time? Also, what are the pros and cons of the matrix organization when it comes to project management?
