This week you will draft a self reflection paper that helps provide me some understanding of the best practices that you're taking away from this class. In the last month we discussed the initial foundations of sales management.  It is important for me to understand your application process during this course.

For this assignment you will review the following questions as a starting point.

• What key learning points are assisting you to become a better at understanding your self and your role as a future sales manager?
• Describe 3 to 4 best practices you have learned, and explain how are you able to apply them to your personal and professional life?
