Our business idea is called Fasbite. The service revolves around a mobile app that allows students and faculties to communicate and pay each other for the food deliveries. The students will be delivering the food to other students and faculties of the university campus only. Quality will be provided with a review system and a three strike failure to deliver program. Our revenues will come from advertisements in the app, paid version of the app that eliminates the ads, and a percentage of the fees from the deliveries. Our partners will include the university and their associated students’ extensions. The food provided will be from the USU and participating restaurants around the campus. Our channels will consist of social media, campus email list, campus newspapers, flyers, and shirts to identify independent contractors.
