Many of you have probably observed (or perhaps implemented) the time-out strategy in the classroom. In this post, discuss the following: How effective (or not) has time out been for you and for those you have observed?  What do you think the strategy teaches a child, if anything? Reflect on the difference between time out and cooling down. Support your statements with evidence from the required studies and your research.
