I need help answering a post which consist of two questions:
Example 7.2 in the book demonstrate a potential conflicts of interest in Port of Seattle contracts. What type of measures should be in place for an agency to prevent bid protesting/conflict of interest?
Do you think that our federal government procurement procedure is transparent? Why or why not?
