Managing Change Paper Part I

Over the course of this class, your Learning Team will develop a comprehensive Managing Change Paper. Each week, your team will add more elements to this paper. By the final week, you will have a cumulative paper that addresses the complete change cycle.

Select a team member’s work organization. Identify a specific change that your Learning Team feels should occur in the selected organization.

Prepare a 800 -word paper describing the cycle of change, and the specific change that needs to occur within the cycle of change. Be sure to:

• Compare and contrast continuous and discontinuous change in this scenario.
• Differentiate between the two types of change agents and how one or both can be used in this scenario.
