We all negotiate at some point, whether it is the roads and an irrational driver, or a two year old who wants more candy. Consider the last time you had to negotiate something. What negotiation technique did you use?  How did you perceive yourself as a negotiator? What cognitive mistakes have you made in the past and how could you have avoided these mistakes? And, what steps will you take to improve your negotiation techniques this week and next month?
