The manager of a fast-food restaurant wants to determine whether the population mean waiting time to place an order has changed in the past month from its previous value of 3.7 minutes. A random sample of 64 orders shows a mean waiting time of 4.0 minutes. It is know from past experience that population standard deviation of waiting times is o=1.15minutes.

Formulate and test the appropriate hypotheses using the p-value approach. What is the p-value for the test? Should the research firm reject the null hypothesis at a=0.05? What conclusion should they make?
