Assessment Task:
Martin and Siehl define organizational culture as: “The glue that holds together an organisation through shared patterns of meaning, consisting of core values, forms and strategies to reinforce content”.
Either individually, or in pairs, prepare a 15 minutes presentation covering the tasks below.
- Define and explain what is meant by the term ‘organisational culture’.

- Explain and analyse McKinsey’s Seven S’s theory and Hofstede’s theory of international cultures.
