MANAGEMENT PSYCHOLOGY

Write an essay in which you critically evaluate the influence of management psychology on how people are managed in the workplace. In this essay, consider how mainstream management approaches have constructed a certain image of the person at work, and discuss what consequences this has for how people may be managed. In your essay, also consider what aspects of human behaviour and emotion are overlooked and ignored in the process, and explore why this may be the case.
