Journal #3 – Leadership (Chapter 6)

Chapter 6 discusses the critical management function of leading and motivating others to work. Think about your current job or a job that you had previously.

Questions:

1) Who is the most outstanding leader with whom you have worked? What was his or her position and in what capacity did you work with the person?

2) What are this person’s outstanding leadership qualities? Select the most outstanding leadership quality and provide an example that demonstrates this quality.

In this and other journals and papers: Incorporate additional research in your responses, demonstrating that you did some investigating that relates to the journal topic, and/or supports your answers.
