Management final report about survey

Our deadline is for tomorrow we research a coffe shop and make a survey about it and according to our result they expect us to write a final report.In the attchment you can see our survey result and there is a guidline about how to write it.

The “Table of Contents” of the report should include the following (the full report would be around 10-15 pages not including cover, table of contents, summary and appendices; 2000-3000 words; 1.5 spaced in 12 pt text with 2.5 cm. margins):
