Search broadly to find various examples of how organizations in your home country and around the world exemplify new agreements among people about how to work together that you find might be usefully adapted in mainstream organizations. What are some new possibilities? Could a form of organizing a hospital in India be applied to a bicycle manufacturing plant in Germany? Consider your current organization, or one with which you are familiar, and suggest how it might be improved by following an example you discovered in your research.
