Management differences
this is the question. I want you to write each part separately
Discuss the role of the manager in recognizing, valuing, and engaging differences.
This is some comments to explain the question.
So the question is what the manager needs to do. First you have the issue of recognizing what differences there are—and particularly what differences are protected legally.
The valuing part is the idea that all differences have advantages and disadvantages. A good manager makes good use of the different perspectives and abilities of each person
Engaging means how you relate to each person.
Differences are not simply cultural. There are many more. Sex is not a cross cultural difference. Neither is age or disability.
Some issues are about obeying the law
Other issues are about making best use of different abilities, talents, understandings etc.
