During week 1 and the first part of week 2, exchange ideas with your partner/s to test ideas regarding SMART objectives in Week 1.  Use Exhibit 1 on page 170 of the textbook as a starting point. 

You should provide brief responses for the following three topics

1.      The value of exchanging ideas with others

2.      What are SMART objectives

3.      Two examples of Smart objectives (be sure that your detail matches the hallmarks of SMART objectives)

2.      Use a formal writing style.

3.      There is no need to use external research (APA citations and references are needed if you do use outside sources)

4.      The content need not comply with APA formatting

5.      The length must exceed 200 words, but is unlikely to exceed 250 words
