The Power of psychological cotract violation develops. I have a table to follow this assignment " the development of violation" which I will provide by email.
There two parts to this assignment.
part 1 is based on reading on psycological contracts " when employees feel betrayed" and the table i will send it to you by email. Need to create an interview with a person who has been laid off or who experienced an expected pay cut. I will provide you with the questions and assignment srtucture to follow.
part 2. take any manager who feels that they have been less that completely effective in managing an employee situation because of " incongruence" or " reneging" that is failure to fullfill employee expectations for one or both of these reasons.
