Brian: Yes! In your face, sucka!

Regina: You okay?

Brian: Never better.

Regina: Hmm. How’s the quarterly coming?

Brian: Aces. Just wrappin’ up right now.

Regina: Nice jacket. Your birthday?

Brian: Uh, a vendor gave it to me.

Regina: A vendor?

Brian: Yeah, reps always give me free stuff.

Regina: We’re not supposed to take gifts.

Brian: She insists. ′Cause I take her to lunch all the time. And for drinks. Strictly business, though. I think she plays for the other team, if you catch my meaning.

Regina: You read the memo. The expense account for that kind of thing is frozen.

Brian: Yeah, I know. That’s why I take it out of the petty cash account.

Regina: You’re not supposed to use petty cash for that.

Brian: Yeah, I know. I prefer to use it for movies, and Starbucks, and whatnot.

Regina: That money is not for your personal expenses. That’s like stealing. In fact, it is stealing.

Brian: Oh, who’s being petty now? You never take any paper? Or pencils? Never spend two hours sniping away on eBay?

Regina: No.

Brian: Well, you should. Ease the tension during these tough economic times. Just ask the boss, he is always playing golf these days.

Regina: You mean like the customer tournament in September and the other last spring?

Brian: Exactly. He wants to be the next Tiger Woods. Who I love by the way! But ever since he slipped in, you can’t even get a decent tee time anymore what with all the Tiger wannabes out there. Which is great—

don’t get me wrong. Where they’re getting the money, I don’t even want to know.

Regina: Uh-huh. Anyway. Is that your quarterly printing?

Brian: Oh, actually, that is my kid’s school report. Thanks. Alright, sucka, prepare to be schooled.

Goals Action Plan PAPER

create an  action plan for the personal, academic, and professional goals from above. For each of these goals, come up with three intermediate goals, Then, describe at least two action items for each intermediate goal. Each step should lead you toward achieving your goal. You can use this worksheet as a template for the assignment. See attachment.

Reflective Analysis and Interpersonal Improvement Plan 

You identified a personal, academic, and professional goal and  you also  created an action plan for achieving your goals. Now, you will reflect on the implementation of your action items, analyze their effectiveness, and submit your final Interpersonal Improvement Plan.
For this assignment, complete an Reflective Analysis ----reflect on changes that you have experienced from implementing the action items for each of your goals in  above. You may decide that a certain action seemed like a good choice at first but had to be changed.  See attached example.
