ou have been hired by Huffman Trucking to create a project plan for an Employee Benefit Election and Reporting system.

Background information about Huffman Trucking can be found using the Virtual Organizations link on the left side of the Materials page.

Service Request SR-ht-001 will serve as the genesis for the project. This can be found under Virtual Organizations, then Service Requests and the Huffman Trucking.

Over the course of the class you will be building project documentation and plans to satisfy the request.  Each week will build upon the prior week's deliverables.

Submit a 2- to 3-page memo that does the following:

• Names the project
• Briefly describes the project
• Identifies potential stakeholders directly or indirectly involved
• Specifies the overall objective and any outcomes for this project
• Details how success will be evaluated
• Highlights what is needed to ascertain the measurable organizational value (MOV) of this project.
