You will present your analysis to senior management. There are several SWOT analysis examples on the Internet that you may access and use, including Excel spreadsheets.
- Assess a hospice's internal quality strengths and quality weaknesses.
- Analyze the hospice industry for opportunities and threats.
Include the following external factors that impact the hospice facility:
- consumer and social
- competitive
- technological
- economic
- legal and regulatory
- Make a recommendation to senior management based upon the results of the SWOT analysis.
Submit the SWOT Analysis to the M2: Assignment 2 Dropbox by Wednesday, July 19, 2017.
