M2 Diversity as Strategy

Read the Case Study Diversity as Strategy (Canas and Sondak p.73). Identify the constituencies these IBM task forces represent. What was the purpose of the task forces? Did these task forces help IBM manage diversity? If so, How? if not, Why not?
