Directions

This week you will create a video preview of your HR Strategy Paper that is due in LP4 (Review LP4 Assignment: Part 1-HR Strategy Paper for guidance on what you will be doing in your major paper).

Your video should include:

• An overview of an organization of your choice – briefly describe the nature of the organization including its history, products/services, size, and competition.
• An explanation of competitive advantage (provide examples).
• An explanation of your target organization's competitive advantages as they relate to human resources.
• At least 2 recommendations that this organization could take to improve their competitive advantage, at least one of which must relate to human resources.
• Conclusion

Your 5-10 minute presentation should include PPT slides and must be in be in video format and uploaded to Youtube. Click here for instructions on how to create a Youtube video. Copy and paste the URL to your video to a Word document and include your citation in APA format.

Upload this file to the LP2 Assignment: Video Presentation dropbox. This will be graded according to the LP2 Assignment rubric and is worth 50 points.
