I need someone to do an interview to someone has been in the health field for more than  10-15 years

This is how the instructor explained the assignment: 

Individual in-depth interview:  “Individual in-depth interviews are widely used by health care researchers to co-create meaning with interviewees by reconstructing perceptions of events and experiences related to health and health care delivery.”  As a class project, you will be required to conduct and analyze a qualitative interview with the director (or other member of the management team)  of a long-term care facility"more than 10-15 yeas.
