Logic Models
Logic Models |
In Using logic models to bring together planning, evaluation, and action: Logic model development guide, the W.K. Kellogg Foundation (2004) defines a logic model as “a systematic and visual way to present and share your understanding of the relationships among the resources you have to operate your program, the activities you plan, and the changes or results you hope to achieve” (p. 1). Review the Theory Logic model on page 11 of the guide (adapted from WKKF’s Comprehensive Community Health Models of Michigan) and discuss whether or not their logic model is clearly understandable. In addition, select one item from each component (resources/inputs, activities, outputs, outcomes, impact) and provide a narrative of the linkage between the items. Your post should be 150 to 250 words in length.
