Logic Model

The logic model this week should be tied to your overall evaluation project and focused on the organization you are using for the project (PTSD on the Returning Soldiers from War) This is the next step in the process. The evaluation summary and model should be utilizing the evaluation methods you've identified for your project

a) One to Two page explanation of the organization, the problem you seek to address and the way you plan to do it, i.e. interview, survey, etc. Explain how you will address the issues brought out in the workbook on how to create a logic model.

b) Create a Logic Model as described below

Logic Model - You are to first create a logic model by identifying a problem that needs to be solved in the organization. Logic models are the basis of the evaluation process. Logic models can be used for program planning, program management, communication, consensus-building, and fundraising. After you have identified the problem, identify the goal of your study – what do you hope to accomplish? You will next identify your rationales, assumptions, resources and the activities to address the issue. Next, identify your outputs and the outcome your program intends to achieve. Finally, identify the data you need to collect?
