Living Will

A living will is a document that establishes care intentions for a patient in the event that that patient becomes incapable to express his or her own wishes during treatment.

For this module's assignment, draft a sample 1-2 page living will document that can serve as a template for patient use. Be sure to include a description of what you feel are the key pieces that a living will must include. Finally, summarize the importance that a living will plays in establishing an ethical physician-patient relationship.
