Literature Review
Summarize the current literature relevant on the Role of the International Criminal Court in Restoring and Preventing Crimes against Humanity. The Case Study chosen here is Kenya and Rwanda. This paper explores the contemporary global political issue for instance; research the results of past Criminal Court in past African decisions and the results of this in creating change. Has a Criminal court decisions on Kenya and Rwanda have produced positive/negative outcomes.
A literature review is an analytical essay containing an introduction (including a thesis and a research question), body (where you use research to support your issue and tie the resources back to your research question), and a conclusion. The purpose of a literature review is to summarize and synthesize the ideas of others in regard to your chosen issue-The Role of the International Criminal Court in Preventing the Crimes against Humanity.
Overview: Your research paper should answer the following prompt: Based on your research, what theoretical approach would you recommend for solving the global policy problem? Specifically, the following critical elements must be addressed:

i. If you conducted interviews, who did you interview? What sorts of questions did you ask? How many interviews did you conduct? What challenges did you face when conducting your interviews?
ii. If you utilized data sets, what was the process by which you searched for them? Where did they come from?
iii. If you implemented mixed-methods, address both of the above prompts.
2. b) Interpret the data collected. What do you conclude from the data to highlight the significance of the problem? How will it be used to justify your recommendations?
