• Definition of "contemporary": having particular relevance to the present time.
• Examples of current contemporary issues:

-      Renewable/alternative energy--- for example to integrated wind/solar or other renewable energy resources into electrical power system

-      Natural Resources & Energy Conservation—for example high gas price and the trend for hybrid/electrical vehicle
