She alleges she has been passed over for promotion ten times, despite having the necessary experience and qualifications. She tells you that the ten people who were promoted were men: six white, two African American, one Latino, and one Asian.
In your opinion, does Alice have a case based on the given facts? If you believe she has a case, justify your stand.
