Submit Letter of Agreement with the health organization or health-related organization for your Action Research project. As the principal investigator of the project, write a site agreement that includes the terms and conditions of participation for the organization. It should include specifics on the responsibilities of both parties, any needed modifications and limitations language, tentative dates of activities, and signatures of key stakeholders and yourself. Keep in mind that your schedule may be affected by the timing of IRB approval.
