Lesson learned report

Write a lessons-learned report for a project of your choice, using the template provided on the companion Web site and the sample in Chapter 3 as guides. Do you think it is important for all project managers and team members to write lessons-learned reports? Would you take the time to read them if they were available in your organization? Why or why not?
