Lesson learned

In the beginning, briefly describe what happened, and then what it's learned from this accident, and then choose one recommendation from the website provided and expand on it. Papers turned in late will be reduced in grade at the instructor’s discretion. Plagiarism will not be tolerated. I will not accept a paper that does not include references or in-text citations. No references or in-text citations is an automatic zero for that paper.
