I need to prepare a synthesizing memo for the following slip and fall cases.

When you write this Synthesis Memo, you will need to answer/address the following questions.  Provide answers to the following questions in your assignment folder.   

1.  What would you write in the first section – the Introduction?  What will be in that paragraph?

2.  What information would you place in the second section – Synthesis of the Rationales? 

3.  What information would you place in the third section – Individual Holdings?

4.  What information would you place in the final section – Synthesis of the Holdings?
