On way page make a legal outline and on the other answer question 3

1. Re-read the case, "Faragher v. City of Boca Raton." This is the sexual harassment case against the lifeguards.
2. Outline the case, using the standard legal outline headings. (See "Sample Outline for Legal Cases" in Course Materials.)
3. After your outline, write a paragraph answer to the question: "What should the employer have done about the harassing actions of Silverman and Terry?"
4. Submit your outline and answer in a Word document to the drop box as explained below.
