Using the Internet, select an advertisement. This advertisement can be in the form of a broadcast ad, newspaper ad or magazine ad. Using the Commercial Speech Doctrine, analyze whether the government can regulate the advertisement.

Make sure you use the three part test that is provided in your book when you do your analysis. You must also provide either a copy of the advertisement or a link to the advertisement in order to receive credit for this assignment.
