The process of delegation has been referred to as “legal dynamite.” Please share an example of delegation that was not appropriate. Where did it go wrong and why?

Delegation is skill that is not always well developed in new nursing school graduates. Learning to delegate effectively usually happens on the job and often through trial and error.  This week we are exploring concepts related to delegation.
