How have the assessments you have completed during this course served to make you self-reflect and consider areas for improvement? Which one has been the most eye-opening of them all and why? Might you use these with your colleagues/followers in your organization? How can you introduce these assessments without a silent suggestion that your followers need introspection on their own traits, styles, and strengths/weaknesses?
