leadership theory paper

My paper is about leadership. 6pages. First select a famous and successful company(e.g. 21th centry fox, starbucks), the company must has a super good leadership style, the founder must be famous as well like Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg. Second, explain why the company is successful, because of their leadership charm. There are two articles in the attachment below. About the leader theory. Let's look at the theory, and then choose three theories to prove why the company you selected is successful. I have selected three, namely, competition, laissez faire, creativity (if you feel bad, then you can look for another theories). You can choose a company to compare with the company you choose. (For example, Starbucks has competitive advantage in market means they win Costa). Then list and explain the CONS these three theories or policies which the company adopted had, some people think that these policies are not good, explain why not good (such as laissez faire, Starbucks feel that workers should be free, but others think this is not easy to manage them.) However, in the end, you should say more people still believe that these policies are right, so they are make company very successful.
