Leadership Foundations Reflection Paper

Each student will keep a learning journal that will reflect the insights that the student identifies during the course of the class discussions and from the assigned readings.  The journal should begin with a personal leadership statement and end with a revised statement that is informed from the student’s participation in this class. The student will be required to bring the journal to class each week.  This learning journal will serve as a reference for a personal reflection that is due at the end of the course.  Each student will submit a 2 to 5 page reflection paper on what he/she has learned during the semester and how it has changed, validated or altered his/her ideas about leadership in organizations.
