Leadership essay

Enclosed you will find two documents, one is an article on the Four states

of Competence and the second is an excerpt from ADRP 6-22 "Develops". The

professional writing assignment is to compare and contrast the article about

competence and how a "Leader" develops.

This assignment will be due to me next Wednesday (COB) via email. There will

be no required format for this writing assignment, the only provisions to

follow are no less than 500 words and the writing needs to be attached in a

word document.
