Summarize your results in Leadership Development Journal: Entry #1. Include in the summary:

• What the questionnaire indicates about you 

Complete the entire Individual Leadership Skills Inventory located in Ch. 3. 

Summarize your results in your Leadership Development Journal: Entry #1. Include in the summary: 

• How you see yourself and your leadership skills
• What the inventory indicates about you
