Leadership Behavior

Think about a time you encountered negative leadership behavior. Based on that experience, write an essay that proposes your recommendations on how the quality of leadership in that situation could have been improved. Your essay will encompass the elements of critical thought and good writing. You will write in the first person for this assignment.

In your essay, include the following:

·       The details of the experience you choose to study.

·       An analysis of the leadership behavior in the situation.

·       Recommendations for how to improve the leadership behavior.

·       Research that supports both your negative assessment of the leadership behavior and your recommendations for improving the behavior.

Your paper must be well written and supported by at least four scholarly or peer-reviewed references, two of which must be outside of the readings used in this course (the University Library is a good place to find these sources). Be sure your entire paper, including your title and reference pages, are formatted according like the Sample Paer.pdf.
