Leadership 4:

You will expand upon the Unit I Research Paper Topic of Situational Leadership by creating an annotated bibliography.

Your annotated bibliography will include five outside sources from the CSU Online Library (you will choose) that you can use for the research paper due in Unit VII. In the Unit I Research Paper Topic, you located two scholarly sources. Use these sources for this assignment. (see attached sources) 

Within your annotations, you will include a brief summary of the source. The summary should include answers to the following questions:

 What are the author’s main points?

 How does this source fit into my research?

 Is this source objective, or does it have a bias?

 How could I use this information in my paper?

Also, be sure to avoid including your own opinion on the contingency theory of leadership you selected and any information not related to your theory

Each of your five sources should include a 100-150 word annotation.

Leadership 7

For the Unit VII Research Paper use research located in Unit IV to create a final paper. As part of the body of your paper, you will address the following points:

 How does this theory address organization change?

 What are the leader’s behaviors and characteristics?

 What are the follower’s behaviors and characteristics?

 What situational characteristics can this theory be applied?

 Provide two examples of this theory in action. (Provide two examples of this theory in a theoretical application or from your own experiences.)

You are required to use at least five outside sources in your research paper from the CSU Online Library. Use the same five sources from the Unit IV Annotated Bibliography.

Your research paper must be formatted according to APA standards and include the following and be a minimum of five pages in length (not including the title and reference pages):

 Title page

 Research paper body (at least five pages in length)

 Reference page (at least five outside sources)

Please separate Leadership 4 & 7 using a page break or separate document.
