leadership
Describe a current leader who you believe truly understands multiple approaches to leadership and utilizes different approaches in day-to-day interactions with staff. What would you say his or her "success rate" as a leader is? Compare that leader to another leader you know who does not understand and utilize any set theory. What is this leader's "success rate?" (Note: you will need to provide your own definition of a leadership "success rate.") Make sure to come back and add to this discussion throughout the course, and make sure to reply to other learners as you see fit.
