Class, as we have learned this week, leadership studies have focused not only on the leader, but on followers as well (Northouse, 2013). Importantly, it is critical for leaders to understand that the perception of their followers is a very important factor. Based on what we have learned thus far, how would you say that the followers in your organization perceives its leadership? Positive or negative? Are the leaders perceived as consistent or inconsistent? How so either way?
