ART I: WRITING ASSIGNMENT

Task #1: Review the FBI’s website and summarize at least two different tactics, programs, or strategies the FBI publicizes for countering the following special problems in the United States.

Task #2: Use the Internet to research the Police Officer Code of Ethics and answer the following questions.

PART II: JOURNAL ACTIVITY

Find a new article using LIRN (please visit the Academic Resource Center for a guide on how to use LIRN effectively) or the Internet discussing a situation were a law enforcement officer did something unethical (or illegal).  Write a 200-400 word report summarizing the article and provide your opinion about the unethical activity the officer(s) committed.  Be sure to reference the media source you use (please visit the Academic Resource Center for a concise guide on APA format).
