For supervisors, (1) describe your approach to handling use of force issues by your officers in today’s turbulent times.

 (2) How has this changed over the years?

 (3) For line-level officers, what are your key concerns with using force in the current environment?  

 (4) From a leadership standpoint, what are you looking for from your chief, command-level officers, managers, and supervisors when a use of force is in  progress, and in the aftermath?
