Every student should prepare a 2-3 paragraphs written submission describing 2 or 3 arguments (based on the legal principles addressed by the readings) as to why your side should win.  (You will be split up into 2 groups for this exercise.)  This is to be submitted at the beginning of class (and will count toward your class participation grade)
