Research the laws of Florida on the following questions:

What must be included in the articles of incorporation?

What cannot be included in the articles of incorporation?

What state fees are associated with forming corporations in your state?

What names can be used to designate that enterprise is a corporation?

Are there limitations on what businesses can operate as a corporation?

Is there a minimum amount of capitalization required to incorporate?

Where are the articles of incorporation filed?

Write a summary of your findings.  Be sure to identify what your home state is in your post. (Florida)

Post 2  Wills

What is a pourover will?  Under what circumstances should one use one?  Provide sample language. 

Also, how many witnesses must sign a will under your state law? Must they be disinterested or can they take under the will? Make sure you specify your state in the post and cite the statute.
