1. Briefly  outline the facts of this case and the  judgement.  3 marks
2. Critically discuss and state your opinion on this judgement. You can use other cases to support your discussions. 3 marks
3. Do you agree with the judgement? Explain your answer with supporting case laws. 4 marks
