Pages 84-95 discussed various executive orders and directives issued by President Bill Clinton, President George W. Bush, and President Barack Obama. Choose one directive or executive order that you believe is the most effective in meeting the issue that was most paramount to the President who issued it. Explain what the executive order or directive does, what issue is sought to resolve, any controversy that resulted from the order or directive, and whether you agree with it. The paper is due by 11:59pm on Wednesday, February 3rd.
